Easy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups | Cacao | Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Energy Balls | Sweets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • ⅓ cup cacao
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Place dates in food processor, process until the dates start to roll up into a ball, set aside
  2. Food process walnuts until fine, then add cacao and salt, pulse until combined
  3. Add in peanut butter and melted coconut oil, pulse until combined
  4. Add dates back in. You may need to break mixture apart a little with hands, pulse to combine
  5. Place shredded coconut in a small mixing bowl
  6. Roll peanut butter cups into balls and roll in shredded coconut until covered
  7. Leave in freezer for 20 minutes
